Hello! We are about to go on the Best of Europe tour covering several countries. I’m sure we aren’t the only vegans out there…any recommendations for vegan restaurants? Cities we will be in are: London, Paris, Luxembourg, Heidelberg, Titisee, Lucerne, Vaduz, Innsbruck, Siena, Florence, Pisa, Rome, Venice, Ljubljana, Zagreb, Budapest, Bratislava, Vienna, Prague, Dresden, Berlin, Amsterdam & Ghent.

When you pass through Vienna, you simply have to go to Tian Bistro. They serve fantastic vegan food! 
It is all sharing plates, and it trends a little towards a more fine-dining experience. Like most places in Vienna, you should book in advance @TomChanda

I’m not Vegan, so hard for me to recommend anything.
If I were, I’d probably look at Time Out or In Your Pocket.
