Hi @Dawn! Its been a few years since I went to Rio, but I loved taking the cable car up Sugrloaf Mountain, stunning views of the city and bays. There is tropical vegatation with tiny marmoset monkeys in the trees all over the place (extremely cute!). There are cafes and restaurants up there so you can spend quite a bit of time taking it all in.

Of course Christ the Redeemer is a must (it was a lot bigger than I thought), and Copacabana (coconuts on the beach!). I went to Ipanama beach at sunset too, which has beautiful views and often people go there to hang out at sunset (just make sure you stay safe after dark and get official taxis to get around if ypu need).

Rio is one of the most beautiful cities I’ve been to and im sure you will love it! Have fun!!
