Figlmüller is the most obvious choice and I recommend going for lunch instead of dinner to try and beat the queues. It’s very authentically Austrian, the menu is very simple but it’s definitely the best schnitzel.
Alternatively, Lugeck just around the corner is run by the same people but a much more modern interior and atmosphere. There is a larger menu including other seasonal Austrian dishes, and more drinks on offer, but it’s owned by the same people as Figlmüller so the schnitzel comes from the same recipe. I recommend trying the tafelspitz too!
