Vienna coffee house culture: Which cafe is the most authentic (and not a tourist trap)?

I’m taking a winter break in Vienna and I’m specifically interested in the turn of the century artists and poets. I undertand how popular the cafes were in the golden coffeehouse era and how they were visited by influential artists, composers and philospophers of the time. I would really enjoy getting a tatse of what that may have been like and would like some recommendations on some of the most authentic coffee houses (not those that are set up purely for toursists). If anyone lives in Vienna, or knows it well, I would very much appreciate your recommendations.

In my neighbourhood here in Vienna there are two that I frequent that is away from the touristy cafes in the inner city. They are:

Café Sperl
Café Savoy

Café Sperl is great for breakfast, coffee and cakes. Café Savoy is my go to for a late afternoon coffee or Aperol.
