This will be my first solo trip to Mexico and I have decided to check out Mexico City. I hear a lot of cool things about this city. Do you have any must go spots in this city? I love trying out new cusines and would love to know where to try the best tacos, churrors and night out places.

Hi Lydia, there are difference places to try Mexican food, and one of those and that I recommend, is called Casa de Toño. It’s a franchise of Mexican food and it has a lot of locations in Mexico city, but there, you can try traditional dishes such as pozole, quesadillas, tacos, and other Mexican dishes. Also, there are a lot of restaurants that are not franchises, but the food they prepare is amazing. You can visit Coyoacan or Cuauhtemoc, there, they have a lot of good restaurants. And for me, the best dish is called lamb barbacoa, it’s super tasty.
