First time heading to Philly in October and I have 3 full days. Obviously doing the Liberty Bell and Independence Hall, but beyond the Revolutionary War stuff, what else is actually worth seeing? I keep hearing about the art museum (the Rocky steps thing) and Reading Terminal Market.
Is the Barnes Foundation worth the trip or is it too far from Center City? Also, any neighborhoods good for just wandering and eating? We love old architecture and good sandwiches. Budget is pretty chill, staying near Rittenhouse Square.
