Philadelphia cheesesteaks: Pat's and Geno's, or somewhere else entirely?

Alright, settling this once and for all. Going to Philly next weekend. Everyone says Pat’s and Geno’s are tourist traps and the “real” cheesesteaks are at places like John’s Roast Pork or Dalessandro’s. But then other people say Pat’s is still legitimately good and the whole “tourist trap” thing is overblown.

Where should I actually go? I have one day and a big appetite. I could probably handle 2 cheesesteaks if the spots are far apart. Just want the best one, don’t care about the atmosphere.
