Hi there!
Asking for help from Austria based / Italians / Slovenians - I am planning to meet with my brother during easter. He is based in Florence, so we’d both drive to meet somewhere in the middle (google maps tells me the Udine region would be in the middle).
Would you have any recommendations on where to go/meet/stay? It would be from Saturday to Monday only, and we are up for anything. Thank you!!

Hey Alba, if you decide to meet in Trieste i would definitely recommend to pay a visit also to Slovenian coast, specifically cute little town Piran (only around half an hour drive from Trieste) Capital of Slovenia, Ljubljana is also not far away, only like an hour drive from there, and can count as a nice day trip as well
