We’ll be staying in Warsaw for a week in December, and we’re reserving a few days for day trips.
We already have Gdansk and Lodz on our list. Has anyone been before? Any other places you’d recommend?
We would love to explore castles, medieval towns, and if possible, enjoy some gooood vegan food!

Update: We did a day trip to Gdansk, and the city does not disappoint. The old town is absolutely stunning, with colorful buildings flanking the “main” pedestrian street. And then the area along the water - wow. Ended up walking around the old town a lot, just admiring the intricate detail on buildings.
100% recommend Gdansk!
