The food and the friendliness of the people
The natural beauty of Ninh Binh and the Cave at Phong Nha. Been planning for ages, can’t wait.
I’d honestly love to see the Golden Bridge with the giant hands in Da Nang in real life!!! Saw it in the netflix series ‘Sandman’ and was mesmerized. It looks unreal in photos but I also want to experience the quieter side of Vietnam… like floating through the coconut forests in Cam Thanh in those little basket boats and sitting at a tiny roadside café drinking authentic egg coffee while the city rushes past. That mix of beauty, chaos and hidden local charm is what makes Vietnam feel so special to me.
Where to start?
The Bahns? The Phos? The salads? Vietnamese food is so tasty and rich in flavour!
To jump onto the bandwagon, rice terraces, Halong Bay, and the Golden Bridge…
This country fascinates me, and I will be heading there within the next few years for sure!
Biking around the rural countryside - the hills and valleys, the unique villages, the delicious food. Rice paddy fields everywhere.
FOOD FOOD & FOOD. I am interested in Food, roaming and adventure stuff
“The one thing I’m most excited about is cruising through Ha Long Bay at sunrise and finally experiencing the peaceful scenery I’ve only seen in photos. Vietnam’s mix of nature, culture, and street food has been on my dream list for years.”
Visiting Vietnam for the first time !! I’ve heard so much about the culture, people and food. Can’t wait
For me that is trying the food and sampling the culture.

Sunrise and sunset on a cruise ship in Ha Long Bay <3
I’ve been fortunate to experience four of Vietnam’s five legendary “H’s”… Hanoi, Hoi An, Halong Bay, and Ho Chi Minh City. Each one gave me something different and unforgettable. The one still missing from my journey is Hue.
More than anything, I want to stand inside the Imperial City of Hue and experience the history, culture, and quiet beauty that shaped Vietnam’s past. After seeing the energy of Ho Chi Minh City, the charm of Hoi An, the chillness of Hanoi that very much gave me Cape Town chilled vibes, and the magic of Halong Bay, completing the fifth “H” feels like finishing a story I fell in love with years ago.
Vietnam is one of the few places that stays with you long after you leave. The food, the people, the landscapes, the feeling of life in every street. Going back wouldn’t feel like visiting a new destination. It would feel like returning to a place that already holds a piece of my heart.
Halong Bay…wonderful.
Kayaking the Halong Bay!

The Food, Culture, views and people!
I’m really looking forward to seeing the country and culture that my god children come from.
I would love to photograph the beautiful architecture of Vietnam. I also love to get custom clothes and shoes made. I also love to taste Pho directly in Vietnam to see how similar or different it is compared to in America.
