I want to go to Vietnam after watching tons of videos from people who travel a LOT. they say they’ve left a piece of their heart in Vietnam, that of all the places they’ve traveled before and after Vietnam, there’s nothing like it. it touches my heart and i’d love to be able to tell the same story. i’ve heard they’ve mastered the art of pacing their lives and hustling. they’re extremely inspiring and calm and self sufficient.

I have never been to Asia and would love to know more. The the crazy hustle and bustle of Hanoi, but yet full of character, to hiking in the mountains of Sapa and interacting with ethic minorities, the majestic scenery of Ha long, the charm of Hoian.

Because after watching a few pictures, after typing it first on google, I got addicted and for me it’s truly a discovery. I never thought such a place, that’s never advertised much, could be so beautiful and I’d love to go! Vietnam never crossed my mind as a destination until now and it was a pleasant surprise.
Since I was a child, I have wanted to visit the Vinh Trang Pagoda. When my brother was stationed in Viet Nam, he sent pictures home of him in it and it stirred me. I hope to visit it before my time on earth is over.
As a photographer, Vietnam honestly feels like a dream destination to me. Sunrise over the rice terraces in Sapa, lanterns floating on the river, Train Street, portraits of local people, the colorful fishing nets… it feels like every corner has a story to photograph
