I am longing to meet the people and the monks in the temples and on the streets. I am deeply involved in Budhism and have never had a Vietnamese teacher.

I am a cook . I long to see their cooking methods and eat the beautiful food prepared in ways new to e.

The colours and shapes of the plants of a new world to me is so exciting. I long for new air and water and the joys on connection with another culture.

The crazy hustle and bustle of Hanoi, but yet full of character, to hiking in the mountains of Sapa and interacting with ethic minorities, the majestic scenery of Ha long, the charm of Hoian. A chance to see all the culture
