Weekend in Florence - local food and hidden gems

I will spend the weekend in Florence visiting my brother… any tip on where/what to eat (first) and see (apart from the typical things)? Thank you!

Eat: I was here a couple of years ago and it was great: http://cinghialebianco.com/home/

Eat here if you have the chance: Google Maps All’Antico Vinaio · Via dei Neri, 65r, 50122 Firenze FI, Italy ★★★★★ · Sandwich shop

My favourite restaurant (really really really typical, maybe too much :grinning_face_with_smiling_eyes:) https://www.tripadvisor.it/Restaurant_Review-g187895-d1908799-Reviews-Antica_Trattoria_da_Tito_dal_1913-Florence_Tuscany.html Strongly recommended by my friends https://www.tripadvisor.it/Restaurant_Review-g187895-d1109363-Reviews-I_Brindellone-Florence_Tuscany.html Very nice and classy to take a coffee or a tea and a piece of cake https://www.lamenagere.it/en/ To see, not too mainstream Home - Villa e Giardino Bardini Giardino di Boboli | Gallerie degli Uffizi

Forgot to mention my favourite pizzeria in there https://www.tripadvisor.it/Restaurant_Review-g187895-d8709784-Reviews-Simbiosi_Organic_Pizza-Florence_Tuscany.html

Thank you dear Italians, it all looks amazing! pretty uncooked meat seems to be a common thread - I will suffer having to skip it

something typical to eat that’s not “uncooked” meat  is the ribollita, a very tasty vegetable soup with beans and cabbage
