I know that travel insurance is a must… but I am not sure which company to go with. Any suggestions for a relatively cheap option

I do have an annual travel insurance through my normal insurance provider Allianz. I am from Europe so I am sure the rates might be a bit different but check out their site here: https://www.allianztravelinsurance.com/
Alternatively, a lot of companies (either TourRadar or the travel company directly) usually have affiliate programs with some insurance providers as part of the tour package you buy and can easily cover you and you can buy this during the check out process most of the time.
