Just realized our only full day in Madrid is going to be a Monday, and it looks like the Prado and Reina Sofia are both closed (or have limited hours?).
We are huge art fans so this is a bummer, but it is what it is. What else is there to do on a Monday that is actually open? Any good day trips or neighborhoods to explore that don’t feel “dead” on Mondays?
