Hey, do you have any tips regarding trip to Sicily? Im going there at the begging of June and would love to know must-see places, restaurants, beaches etc?
oh my god youâll love it!! Iâve been to Palermo, Cefalu, Syracuse and the very south of the island near Ragusa & Pozzallo - can recommend all those places and must eat is for me is pasta alla norma

no specific restaurants since itâs all street food, but you have to try arancini (fried stuffed rice balls) and, if youâre near Palermo, a sandwich with panelle (chickpea fritters), as well as the classic ice cream brioche
I will also be going to Palermo next long weekend, so tips are moooore than welcome too heheh
Can second that recommendation of arancini. Theyâre incredible, particularly ones with melted mozzarella & pesto insideâŚ

Last summer, Kristina and I went to Sicily and explored the east coast from Catania Sicily is way bigger than you might think, so if youâre planning to stay for around 6 days and flying in and out of the same airport, I recommend focusing on one area of the island. This will save you from going crazy driving all over the place and let you enjoy and explore the area fully This, more or less has been our itinerary: Catania Etna Day Taormina (Isola Bella) Siracusa (isola di Ortigia is amazing) Spiaggia Fontane Bianche & Spiaggia di Calamosche Noto (Best wine at Avola) Spiaggia di San Lorenzo di Noto Ragusa Back to Catania
As Raffa said there are a lot of stuffs to see in Sicily in different points of the island, and unfortunately I better know the âCatania sideâ too But given you will land in Palermo, I suggest to you to go to Valle Dei Templi, not so near but not so far, (there I saw the most beautiful sunset of my entire life), CefalĂš, and I suggest to reach San Vito Lo Capo for wonderful beaches
