I am travelling to Japan in March and I am a huge fan of Ramen and can’t wait to try and eat as many as possible but my main interest would be to actually make some ramen on my own. I was thinking about a group ramen cooking class. Would anyone know if there is a tour where this is already included or I can add it as an extra?

My personal take: Don’t shy away from those small little restaurants you find in the tiny streets of Tokyo! Honestly, I had my best ramen in one of those. It was so small that they only had two items in the menu: Ramen medium or ramen big 
Problem is now, I can’t come back because it was really hidden and don’t remember where it’s located 
but I will 100% get in one of those when I travel again.
