Iceland 'must-do' adventurous activities

I’m looking to head to Iceland in March next year and wondered what the must-dos are that are a little bit more adventurous activities that I need to be including in my itinerary? Ice caving? White-water Rafting? Snowmobiling? Looking forward to hearing what I might not have heard about so far… Thanks!

Snowmobiling on Vatnajokull is awesome and the trip up in Super Jeeps with 50” diameter tyres is equally awesome.

I’m also planning Iceland next year in September and have been looking at snorkelling in Silfra between tectonic plates of Europe and North America, the only place in the world you can do anything like this! It is also in glacier water which has crazy clarity (so some major protection from the cold will be needed!) I have added this to my must-do Iceland list!

:globe_showing_americas: Just wondering if March isn’t a little early to visit Iceland; especially if you’re looking to do white-water rafting?

I’d associate that with summer activities.

Ice-caving and snowmobiling for sure. :snowflake:
