I’m going from the UK to Egypt and I’ve seen you can get a visa on arrival for $25USD. Has anyone done this and do you know how easy it is to do? Is it going to take me a lot of time at the airport?
I booked my Egypt tour via TourRadar with one of the locally based tour operators. There are a handful of operators who have clearance to meet their customers BEFORE the passport check (mine was ‘Timeless Tours’ but I also saw staff from ‘Vacations to Go’ there and I’m sure a few others as well). The staff took me straight to the Visa line and it was processed very quickly.

Thanks @Garry - great to know and amazing that you can get this level of assistance with some operators! Sounds so easy. I haven’t booked my tour yet, but one high on my list is with Timeless Tours so that’s reassuring to hear!

Ouuu I have been to Hurghada myself but looking to book a tour to do Cairo next year too! Can you share the link? @Garry
In response to your question @ck_explorer1000 the visa on arrival is super quick and easy, there are lines where you quickly pay (can be done in USD and EUR) and you’re out in like 5-10 minutes! For reference I arrived on a Saturday 2:30 PM!
