I usually plan my own trips but for our next vacation we are thinking of just booking a package to save the hassle. I’ve seen a lot of ads for Globus Tours but I haven’t used them before.
How is the operator generally? Are the hotels decent (central or middle of nowhere)? And is the pace crazy fast or do you actually get some free time?
Just want to know if they are reliable and worth the money before we book. Thank you all.
Globus is an extremely large and popular tour operator. From working with them, and working with other travelers who have taken their tours, you can’t really go wrong with one of their tours. Customer service is good, prices are good for what you get, and their itineraries take you to good places.
Where are you thinking about going? The specific questions you ask about free time, pace, and level of hotels will depend largely on the actual tour and also on the region of the world you’re visiting.
