I panicked and bought a ticket to Tokyo on CheapoAir because it was $300 cheaper than United. Now I’m going down a rabbit hole of horrific reviews about them cancelling flights and keeping the money. The flight isn’t for 4 months. Has anyone actually had a smooth experience with them or should I try to cancel within the 24 hour window?
