Yes! The Twin City Liner, I took it this summer with my parents to Bratislava and back.
I booked it three days in advance, but by that time the options for seats were very very limited. And we had to book sitting apart from each other and slightly more expensive seats. So I would say book a few weeks in advance for more options.
But, during the trip you can get up and move around, there is a bar onboard and a back deck to watch the scenery zoom past!
