Thailand - best island to relax

I booked a trip with Intro Travel to Thailand in February and after the trip I would like to relax for 1 week on one of the many islands - which is the best for relaxation, snorkelling, good food and not to many people (I am not a huge party person). Of course bear in mind that I am travelling alone so safety is crucial for me. Thanks for helping a girl out.

I traveled solo to Thailand and had the opportunity to visit Ko Lanta and loved it! No parties, they restrict this so I was able to relax and sleep in my hostel. The beaches were beautiful and it was definitely the relaxed, quiet vibe. :woman_in_lotus_position:

I backpacked to Thailand solo, and Koh Tao is my favourite island! It has a mix of party and chill vibes, leaning slightly more toward relaxing. The locals are very nice and friendly, and as a female travelling solo, I felt very safe while I was there. It’s also a famous spot for snorkelling and diving, so definitely a must visit!

I visited Koh Tao and absolutely loved it for snorkelling, and the atmosphere was great! Also, if you’re looking for something a bit quieter, I’d really recommend Koh Yao Noi. It’s peaceful, safe and has stunning views of Phang Nga Bay.
