Hello. Staying in the Condado area of San Juan for 5 days.
We want to go to the beach, explore Old San Juan, and do a day trip to El Yunque rainforest.
Do we really need a rental car for the whole week or can we just Uber everywhere and book a shuttle for the rainforest. I’ve heard parking is an absolute nightmare from one of my friends, but they travel quite a while ago and wanted to ask more recent travelers what that is like. Thanks.
