Hey y’all. My husband and I are going to Greece for 12 days in mid September. We’re doing Athens for 2 to 3 days and then want to hit 2 islands. The thing is we really don’t want the Santorini/Mykonos party scene. We want quiet villages, good tavernas by the water, and beaches where we can actually find a spot.
I keep hearing about Naxos, Milos, and Folegandros. Has anyone been to any of these in September? Is the weather still reliably warm or does it start getting iffy? We want to swim every day if possible.
