First time travelling to Morocco

Hi there! I will be travelling solo after my Japan trip, and on the way back home thought about visiting Morocco first time, but I don’t know if it will be the best time to go in April, is it too hot there already? If anybody has travelled there alone, please let me know the best way to go and what places to visit? I was planning to go to Marrakesh, Casablanca and Fez, but i don’t know if I should stay longer and go to other cities there

I went to Marrakesh and the Atlas Mountains for a long weekend in July, and it was way too hot. But as long as you have a hotel with a nice pool, you are fine. The local guides actually told me to come back in the springtime as the weather is much more pleasant and you don’t have to hide inside during the day. Marrakesh was amazing and so was the scenery in the Atlas Mountains. If you want to add on another city I would suggest Fez as it is supposed to be super nice and there is just so much culture to explore. If you prefer the beach, spend some time in Essaouira. You will love the hospitality of the people and the food. I got lost in the markets a few times, and the people are not too pushy, so you can actually enjoy strolling through the streets.
