I’ve just booked my tour in Egypt, got an amazing Black friday deal (exciting!), but I have 3 days in Cairo before it starts.
I’ll likely go to Alexandria for one day, but I want to see Cairo too, as so many tours don’t seem to spend much time there.
On the tour I booked, I go to the new GEM museum (which looks amazing!) and Giza of course, but I’m sure there are some other great museums worth seeing in Cairo too (and is the Antiquities museum still worth it now GEM is open?)
I would love to hear everyones recommendations for the best places to visit in and around Ciro for my spare 2 days other than Pyramids and GEM. Thank you!
