This is shaping up to be a real once-in-a-lifetime trip, so we’re tempted by the tours that combine the Canadian Rockies with an Alaska cruise. Part of me worries that’s two big trips stitched into one and we’ll be shattered. For anyone who’s done the combined route, did it flow well, or would you do them separately?
I haven’t done it either, but I’ve been considering the exact same combination! From what I can tell, if you’re already making the trip out there, adding an Alaska cruise feels like a no-brainer. It’s a completely different experience from the land tour, the two really complement each other and it would only add more value to an already incredible trip.
