I always forget my adapter. I always end up buying a new one. I have a nice collection at home now though

I forget my toothbrush way too often - I usually pre pack everything else, but as I keep it out and use it last I rush out without it! Pretty easy to fix though!

Battery pack! I went on the Inca Trail and forgot to bring my power bank/battery pack. I had to turn on my phone only to communicate back home that I was alive and well, but I didn’t end up taking many pictures as a result.
