Looking at Norse for a summer trip. The economy tickets are dirt cheap but they charge for literally everything (carry on, food, seat selection). The “Premium” cabin is only like $200 more one way. It looks like it comes with a meal and a checked bag? Is the seat actually a recliner or just a regular seat with legroom? Trying to decide if I should just suffer in eco or splurge.
