Just saying hello to see how this works. I’m Sally and I’ll be travelling by myself, so I thought it best to go with a group. Starting Sept 23rd. I love travelling but never been to Turkey. I’ve not had time to research so having a guide with us will definitely make it easier….. can’t wait to try all the food too!
Welcome Sally! As a solo female traveller myself, I agree that going with a group sounds like a great choice, especially if it’s your first time visiting and don’t really speak the language! Turkey has so much history that I feel like having a guide there would actually add a lot rather than just make the logistics easier.
And I’m with you on the food!!! 
I’d be making a list of everything I wanted to try before I even packed my suitcase. September sounds like such a nice time to go too. What places are you visiting on your tour? Are you getting to Cappadocia as well?
